Here's a list of our most frequently asked questions. If you don't find the answer you need here, please call our office at 1.800.776.1893.
What payment
methods do you offer?
All orders placed on our website must
be paid by a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All
orders will be shipped with an invoice which displays "PAID" in the
Terms box. If you would like us to bill your church or organization, you can
place your order by calling our office (1.800.776.1893).
What is your
shipping policy?
All orders received Monday-Thursday
by 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day; any order received after 1:00
p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed on Friday
will be shipped on the following Monday.
We offer both expedited (1-3 business
days) and ground (3-5 business days) shipping. InQuest ships via UPS;
therefore, no post office box numbers will be accepted. Please provide a
physical shipping address with every order.
Do
you allow returns?
In
an effort to keep our material costs as low as possible, we have adopted a no
return policy. It is our recommendation that you order a copy of a book to
preview before you order enough for your entire group.
How
does your PDF curriculum work?
When
you purchase PDF material you can expect to receive that item attached to an
email or as a direct download available on the order confirmation screen. The
product description in the online store will inform you as to the avenue of
delivery.
All
PDF material comes with either a 6-month or 1-year license agreement. This license means that you have access to
print the number of copies you purchased during that specified period of
time.
Each
PDF curriculum contains a cover page in color. The rest of the pages are designed in black and white in order for you
to save on printing costs. Each page
will print on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper, so there is no need for cutting or folding.
How
do I access my PDF curriculum if my computer won't let me open the attachment?
Because
our PDF curriculum is licensed through Adobe Acrobat, you will need the most
updated version of this software to open the PDF attachment you will receive by
email. This update is a free download
from adobe.com.
*For
mac users:
You'll
need to download Adobe Reader (This
download is free at adobe.com). When you go to open the attachment, make
sure you choose to open the file in Adobe Reader (your computer will want to
open it in the default program, Preview, but you cannot access the files this
way).
