| “While estimates vary, many agree that approximately 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 7 boys are victims of contact childhood sexual abuse before they reach the age of 18″ says Dr. Kevin Baldwin, clinical psychologist and Director of Forensic Services at the Highland Institute, an Atlanta outpatient clinic specializing in the assessment and treatment of persons with sexual behavior problems.
